I’ve spent plenty time debugging the API and Gutenberg in the console. Sometimes I’ll find that I’m three or four git commits down the line before I realize that I’m generating an error. In an effort to prevent that from happening, I’ve added console logging to a ‘notice alert’ div underneath the header. With this in place, anytime the browser refreshes on changes I’m presented a bit warning without having to keep my eyes on the console.
